In preparation for UP elections, you will take out tricolor yatra in Ayodhya, likely to hide in Ram temple

The Aam Aadmi Party will take out a “Tiranga Yatra” in Ayodhya on September 14, which is likely to visit the Ram Lalla temple and stop at Hanumangarhi. The yatra will be led by Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh.

A report in The Indian Express said the leaders said the message behind the yatra is to separate the party’s Hindu identity, religion and nationalism from the BJP’s divisive version in ‘very different’ terms.

This move comes when Arvind Kejriwal is trying to make inroads in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Uttarakhand. Recently, the party fielded former Indian Army colonel Ajay Kothiyal as its chief ministerial candidate in Uttarakhand with a promise that the hill state would be turned into a “spiritual capital for Hindus”.

However, another AAP leader said a final decision on whether to stay at Ram Lalla Mandir and Hanumangarhi is yet to be decided, but it is “a lot”.

AAP leader Sanjay Singh said that before the Ayodhya program, the party will undertake a tricolor yatra in Agra on Sunday and in Noida on September 1.

According to reports, in the national capital, where the party is in power, the AAP-led government is putting up 500 high-masted tricolors at a cost of Rs 85 crore.

“The party will organize several events over the next one year to mark the 75th year of India’s independence. The message is simple: the so-called nationalism of the BJP is making India sick. AAP believes that nationalism is about giving people their rights. Be it good education or strong healthcare. For us, the love for the tricolor manifests itself as a vision for the country, its development and the well-being of its citizens,” Singh told The Sunday Express. “It’s about finding solutions to the most pressing issues of our time, such as unemployment.”

Assembly elections will be held in Uttar Pradesh next year and AAP is trying to cover all 403 constituencies in the state before next year’s elections.

Earlier, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had not only welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision in the Ayodhya land dispute, but had also announced that the Ram temple would be brought under the purview of the Delhi government’s pilgrimage scheme for senior citizens. .
