The TV show “Karthika Deepam”, which is aired on Star Maa, is doing quite well among the audience and has topped the TRP charts every week. Each episode keeps the audience hooked. In the latest episode, the lead lady, Deepa, comforts the children by telling them about their father Kartik.
The next morning, Karthik looks at the newspaper and is tensed when he learns that Monitha published fake news, claiming that Karthik was the father of her unborn child.
In the next scene, Kartik shouts as Surya arrives and snatches the paper from her hands. Then he says that the published news is not true.
Karthik is then shown searching for Soundarya. After sometime Soundarya comes and takes out the newspaper and reads the news after which she too gets tensed and questions Kartik about it. Kartik asks Deepa to burn the paper. Deepa goes to her bedroom and reads the news in the newspaper and starts crying.
On the other hand, Mounita is overjoyed after torturing Kartik and Deepa with the publication of fake news.
Surya knocks on Deepa’s door and tells her that Nani is calling them. Deepa opens the door by hiding the newspaper under the bed. After Deepa goes downstairs, Kartik and Deepa together observe a Satyanarayan Vrat for the well being of all the family members. Deepa prays to God to remove their problems.
In the next scene, two boys enter the ceremony and address Soundarya as Dadi and Anand Rao as Dada. Soundarya and Anandrao are shown happily hugging him.
