Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan will address the nation on Friday (tomorrow) night before the no-confidence motion on April 9, he tweeted after the Supreme Court’s decision.

He wrote, “I have called a cabinet meeting tomorrow as well as our parliamentary party meeting and tomorrow evening I will address the nation. My message to our country is that I will always fight for Pakistan till the last ball,” he wrote. Tweet.

Earlier tonight, a larger bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan in a unanimous decision declared the deputy speaker’s decision unconstitutional. The court overruled the decision and the subsequent steps, including the dissolution of the National Assembly.

Pakistan’s Supreme Court said that the prime minister is bound by the constitution, therefore, he cannot advise the president to dissolve the assemblies and ordered a no-confidence motion at 10 am on Saturday.

Law Minister Fawad Chaudhry claimed that the Supreme Court’s decision has “flaws”. After the verdict came, he said that “we” need to start the freedom struggle again from March 23, 1940. He also announced an investigation into the “foreign threat” letter.

However, after the Supreme Court’s decision, Leader of Opposition (LoP) Shehbaz Sharif said, “Today will be remembered in golden words in the history of Pakistan.
