Their marriage was inter-religious because of their different religions and was attended by many politicians because of their then pomp and prestige.
The couple decided to file their divorce in a family court in November 2020 and they were divorced in August 2021.
First of all, both Athar and Tina got posting in Bhilwara region of Rajasthan. But later Tina was shifted to Sri Ganganagar as the Chief Executive Officer in the Zilla Parishad, while Athar was posted as the CEO of the Zilla Parishad in Srinagar.
In 2021, Tina met her husband Dr Pradeep Gawande, who was an IAS batch 2013 alumnus for the first time. They started it with a friendship and later fell in love after which they got married in a private ceremony in Jaipur in April.
After Athar shared his engagement post on his Instagram page, his fans and netizens started wishing him all the best for his future life.
