Mukta Barve, who plays a pivotal role in the film, shared a selfie of herself along with the poster of Y on social media. After that, several Marathi Cineworld stars including Swapnil Joshi, Neena Kulkarni, Prajakta Mali and others shared pictures on social media with Y posters.
Sujay Vikhe Patil, Member of Parliament, is the most recent to join the list. The official account of the film recently shared a picture of Patil holding the poster of the film with the caption, “I support it. Are you?”
This has piqued the curiosity of the netizens. According to reports, the film’s lead Mukta recently shared some details of the film. He said that Y is not just a letter but it is the story of a woman’s struggle for existence.
The makers recently revealed an interesting new poster of the film, leaving fans excited for the trailer. The caption read, ‘Why does the flame go out because of the fear of the dark? ‘She’ comes in this fight of the sky… becomes the light itself…! From June 24 at your nearest cinema hall.”
Earlier, the actor shared the first look of the film. One of the posters shared by him shows half of Mukta’s face hidden behind flames. “She is not scared. Reality beyond imagination. Story of her fight..Y,” she captioned the post.
Meanwhile, the Ajay Suryakant Wadikar directorial is backed by Control N Production Pvt Ltd and is slated to hit the theaters on June 24.
