New Delhi: Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen, who turned a year older on Friday (November 19), shared a post on social media to inform her fans that she had a successful surgery ahead of her birthday. Without giving any details about the surgery, the former Miss Universe revealed that she is getting better with each passing day.
Sushmita said that she traveled to ‘address her health’ after wrapping up the shoot of ‘Aarya 2’. He said he had surgery on November 16, three days before his 46th birthday. The ‘Main Hoon Na’ actress also expressed her gratitude to her fans for showering love and blessings.
Sharing a picture on Instagram, Sen wrote, “A big ‘thank you’ to all you generous and loving souls. Wishes and blessings are coming my way… to make this birthday another memorable one. “
She continued, “I feel reborn in more ways than words can describe this birthday.”

Sushmita thanked her followers for their positive energy and love and asked them to send their blessings. “Let me let you know a little secret… I completed Aarya 2 and then traveled to address my health…. Had a successful surgery on 16th November and I am wonderfully recovering with each passing day Happening… in this beautiful place!!! I feel good with all my energy and the power of your love!!! Keep it coming,” she wrote.
The real ‘Dilbar’ girl said that she will sport a new look after her surgery. He said, “My 46th birthday signifies a healthy new beginning, also sporting a new look, lots to look forward to…after all, the greatest gift is being alive!!”
On the professional front, Sushmita will next be seen in ‘Aarya 2. The second season of the crime web series will premiere on Disney+Hotstar. Sushmita made her digital debut with Ram Madhvani’s ‘Aarya’, which released in June 2020. He got very good reviews from his performance in the series.
