New Delhi: 2023 has been lucky for actor Jai Soni. The actor recently joined YRKKH as Abhinav Sharma in the longest running show on Indian television, following which the show’s ratings shot up. While Jai Soni is busy enjoying his success, he is also cautious.
The actor was recently spotted traveling in the Mumbai Metro to work and apparently enjoyed interacting with fellow commuters who recognized him and struck up some fun conversations with strangers.
Talking about his experience of traveling via public transport, Jai enthusiastically says, ‘I am trying to say no, but it is very basic and the fastest mode of transport. We live in a city with heavy traffic and I can’t afford to spend a lot of time at a traffic signal. I am not ashamed of taking public transport and in fact, I suggest that if we all try to go that route, we will contribute to less pollution and also it is the cheapest and fastest way to reach your destination . This makes me feel good about reducing my carbon print.
‘I think as a generation we complain about minor inconveniences all the time, we talk about pollution and traffic, but are we doing anything about it?’ Are you ready to give up the comfort of a private car and try taking public transportation?! They say charity begins at home and try it sometime,’ says Jai.
