New Delhi: Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor is celebrating his birthday today (December 24, 2021). As the actor turned a year older, Anil got a surprise from the film fraternity. The ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ actor has been welcomed by Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in their upcoming film ‘Fighter’.
Hrithik Roshan shared a picture with Anil Kapoor and director Siddharth Anand on his Instagram and wrote, “Happy birthday to the person who grows younger in spirit and health every year, @anilkapoor! Best wishes to you sir. From seeing your wonderful presence on the sets as an assistant to finally getting the opportunity to share the screen with you.. So excited for #Fighter!”

Deepika Padukone also shared a story on her Instagram and wrote, ‘Welcome to the #Fighter Birthday Boy!’
Anil Kapoor also shared a post on his Instagram and thanked Hrithik for welcoming him to ‘Fighter’. The ‘Jug Jug Jio’ actor also expressed his happiness of sharing screen space with Hrithik for the first time. Anil Kapoor’s note read, “Thank you so much @hrithikroshan! Glad to be part of the #Fighter team and finally working with you on screen! #SiddharthAnand”.
Anil Kapoor has acted in more than 100 films in his career spanning over 40 years. He is the recipient of several awards and accolades including 2 National Awards.
Anil Kapoor will next be seen in ‘Jug Jug Jio’ alongside Varun Dhawan, Neetu Kapoor and Kiara Advani. The film is all set to release in theaters on June 24, 2022.
