How To File A Complaint Against Mutual Fund?

If you have a complaint against a mutual fund in India, you can file a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Board of India India (SEBI) or with the mutual fund company itself.

There will be occasions when you have to file a complaint against a listed company/intermediary registered with SEBI. In case of such a complaint, you should first approach the concerned company/intermediary against whom you have the complaint.

However, you may not be satisfied with their response. Hence, you must know whom you should approach for redressal of your grievance.

SEBI takes up complaints with listed companies relating to issue and transfer of securities and non-payment of dividends.

Apart from this, SEBI also takes up complaints against various intermediaries registered with it, such as mutual fund houses, and related issues.

SEBI Grievance Redressal System (SCORES) allows you to register your complaint online and track its status later.

What’s the score?
