MumbaiThese days Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is continuously shooting for her upcoming projects. The ‘Piku’ star is working between the shoots of YRF’s ‘Pathan’ and Shakun Batra’s yet-to-be-released film. She is reuniting with Shah Rukh Khan for the fourth time after delivering hits like ‘Om Shanti Om’, ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Happy New Year’.
Film lovers are very excited to see Shah Rukh and Deepika in ‘Pathan’ once again. If Gossip Mills is to be believed, Padukone will be seen performing high-octane action sequences in the film.
Deepika, who is known to dedicate herself to any project, is working hard to put her best foot forward.
A source close to Pathan’s unit confirmed that DP hasn’t skipped training for the film despite his busy schedule and multiple shoots. Her workouts include a mix of yoga and functional training, to which she has dedicated 1.5 hours 6 days a week. Yes, you read that right.
The source added that the ‘Padmaavat’ actress is also following a strict diet for ‘Pathan’.
Deepika along with her family members had tested positive for COVID-19 in May 2021. He resumed shooting for his projects after recovering from the virus.
The source added, “Coming back on the sets after a severe bout of COVID-19, it was a lot of emotional and physical strength for Deepika. She is still pushing to get back to her fitness and health to the fullest, and Fully committed to it.”

The ‘Chhapaak’ actress has a star-studded line-up as she will star in some of the biggest films. While she will share screen-space with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham in ‘Pathan’, she is working with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday for the first time for Shakun Batra’s film.
DP also has Nag Ashwin’s new film with Prabhas, the Hindi remake of ‘The Intern’ and ‘Fighter’ in her kitty. Padukone will be seen on the silver screen for the first time in ‘Fighter’ opposite Hrithik Roshan, which is slated to release next year.
On the professional front, Deepika will be next seen in Kabir Khan’s ’83’. She plays Ranveer Singh’s on-screen wife in the sports drama, which is based on India’s 1983 Cricket World Cup victory.
