Gurgaon: A 32-year-old manager of a city hotel has been arrested for allegedly stealing a customer’s debit card and withdrawing Rs 1 lakh from an ATM to buy gold jewellery.
Police said the victim was in an inebriated state and the manager took advantage of the situation and stole the debit card.
The crime unit checked the CCTV footage of the shop and ATM kiosk, following which the manager was arrested. The police claimed to have recovered gold from the possession of the accused.
