The Home Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India’s place in the world is rising rapidly and no one can stop it from becoming first in every field in the world.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday presided over the second ‘Chintan Shivir’ of senior Home Ministry officials here, where he reviewed the performance on counter-terrorism, radicalization and other issues.

Addressing the ‘Chintan Shivir’, Shah said that the Home Ministry should prepare a roadmap and follow it to achieve the goals of Vision 2047 and this 25-year roadmap will surely help India become number one in the world. will succeed.

An official statement said the Home Minister reviewed the performance of various issues related to terrorism, radicalization, internal security, cyber and information security, narcotics, disaster management and foreigners.

The Home Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India’s place in the world is rising rapidly and no one can stop it from becoming first in every field in the world.

“We must make every effort to anticipate future challenges and find solutions in advance,” he said.

Shah said that the emphasis should be on further increasing the capacity to use and prevent misuse of modern technology, including drones and artificial intelligence.

He stressed that maximum provision of solar energy should be made for all the office buildings of Ministry of Home Affairs to reduce the power consumption.

Appreciating the work of the Ministry, the Home Minister exhorted the officers to work more diligently to achieve the goals set in Vision 2047.

Shah also reviewed the status of Atmanirbhar Bharat, various budget announcements and important pending issues of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The officers shared their suggestions on various issues related to the Ministry.

The objective of the ‘Chintan Shivir’ was to interact with the senior officials of the Ministry and prepare an action plan for the implementation of the “Vision 2047” of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Earlier this year, addressing the challenges of water security as part of the India @ 2047 plan, the Prime Minister had announced the ‘5P’ mantra which includes political will, public funding, participation, public participation and sustainability. involves persuasion.

A similar exercise (Chintan Shivir) was conducted by Shah on April 18, where he reviewed the functioning of Home Ministry’s dashboard, Government Land Information System (GLIS), budget utilization, e-office and special recruitment drive.
