Thane: A history sheeter has been arrested in Lokmanya Nagar area for the murder of another history sheeter on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Rahul solanki (28), while the accused has been identified as Subjit Bagh (27), the police said.
Police said the accused and the deceased are history-sheeters and have several cases of property as well as body offenses registered in the past.
Nikam said that there was a kind of cold war between them.
Solanki and Bagh were enjoying liquor in the forestry at pada number four on Saturday night.
Under the influence of alcohol, both of them beat each other. The fight turned ugly and Bagh angrily attacked Solanki with a knife. Solanki died on the spot.
Police took the victim to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her brought dead. Police said the body has been sent to the government hospital for postmortem.
A case under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered at Vartak Nagar police station.
