Hina Khan Shares Emotional Note About ‘Tired Heart’ Amid Cancer Diagnosis: ‘A Little More Sabr’ – News18

Hina Khan, who is currently undergoing a cancer diagnosis, took to her Instagram stories on Friday and shared a couple of emotional posts. One of the pictures that the former Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress shared talked about ‘tired heart’ and ‘patience’. “Dear tired heart, just a little more Sabr,” it read.  Another post which Hina shared read, “Ma Allah accept every little Dua we make on this blessed day”.

This comes a day after Hina Khan confirmed that she has also been diagnosed with mucositis amid her ongoing battle with stage three breast cancer. She mentioned that she developed the disease as a side effect of her chemotherapy. “Another side effect of chemotherapy is mucositis. Although I am following the doctors’ advice to treat it. If any of you have been through it or have known any useful remedies. Please suggest (folded hands emoji). It’s really hard when you can’t eat (see no evil monkey emoji). It will greatly help me,” Hina said in a statement.

“Exercise or any kind of Physical Activity is vital for maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle. But it’s even more essential and effective when one’s going through a phase of illness. Working out regularly not only helps you feel stronger physically but it also gives sustenance to our Mental Health. And keeping a Healthy Mind is obviously unavoidable,” Hina wrote.

“In the course of my chemo treatment, I face severe Neuropathic Pain which makes my legs and feet numb most of the time, sometimes while working out I lose control of my legs and fall over due to the numbness..But I only focus on Getting Back Up. I won’t let the Fall define me…I will be defined by the strength I show to get up each time. Each time when it feels like I can’t get up and go do the Work, I push harder. Coz what else have I got other than my strength, my spirit and my Willpower,” the actress added.
