Hina Khan shared a video and collage of her mother’s minimal birthday celebration, while she wished for her mother’s health and happiness.
Hina Khan is going through tough times as she was recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. This news didn’t just deeply affect her fan base but also to her family members, who have been standing by her side through this difficult period. Despite her ongoing treatment, Hina didn’t let her own struggles overshadow her mother’s birthday celebrations. Every year, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame throw lavish parties, but this year the family chose to celebrate her mother’s special day in a simple manner. Hina shared a video and collage of their minimal celebration, while she wished for her mother’s health and happiness. In a touching video, rather than making a wish for herself, her mother wished for Hina’s speedy recovery and promised a grand celebration next birthday once Hina gets fully recovered.
Her mother says, “My wish this time is that Hina should be absolutely fine by this time next year. Then we will celebrate very well. I pray from my heart Hina to get better.” In the video, Hina’s mother is seen blowing out the candle and cuts the cake. The table is beautifully decorated with flowers and a large bouquet is placed in the background. Sharing the sweet post, the actress wrote, “Maa. Wishing you good health, happiness and a long long life. Ameen.”
It was in June, when Hina Khan shared the heartbreaking news about her health on Instagram. In a lengthy note, the former Bigg Boss finalist wrote, “I have been diagnosed with Stage Three Breast Cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis. I want to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has already begun and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger. I deeply appreciate your love, strength and blessings. Your personal experiences, anecdotes and supportive suggestions would mean the world to me as I navigate this journey. I, along with my family and loved ones, remain focused, determined and positive. With the grace of the Almighty, we believe I will overcome this challenge and be completely healthy.”
Despite undergoing treatment, Hina Khan has been taking time to visit cafes and go on small vacations. Recently, she spent some relaxing time at the Canary Islands resort in Lonavala, where she enjoyed nature walks and traditional food, all while surrounded by stunning natural scenery.
