One person drowned while four others are missing in Himachal Pradesh landslide. This happened due to cloudburst caused by heavy rains and flash floods in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. Even before this, many people have lost their lives due to cloudburst. So, why are cloudbursts dangerous?
