The Rajasthan government shut down the internet during REET to stop copying, but could not stop the copying. A copycat gang from Bikaner arranged for copying without using the internet. The gang broke all the government arrangements and made two such devices, which could be copied.

One of these devices was like a small black remote. The second device was installed in the sandal. Both the devices work like mobile. Their price was kept at six lakh rupees, which is many times more than any expensive mobile coming in the market. This device was sold to 25 people for 1.5 crore rupees.

Undergarment concealment device
This remote-like device was given to both women and men. Both had to hide this device in their clothes by tying them in a special way. Men had to hide it in undergarments. For this a thread was also put in it. At the same time, women had to put on sanitary napkins to hide it. In such a case, a woman living in Ratangarh, Churu has been arrested.

All mobile devices fitted in 8 cm long device
The remote-like device is 8cm long and 4cm wide. All mobile devices are fitted in it. Battery, SIM and mobile chip were used. Investigation revealed that this device does not have any kind of button. It had to connect directly to the call. A bluetooth mini earphone connected to this remote was to be placed in the ear of the candidate.

Mobile made ready in slippers too
This gang also made mobiles in slippers to get copied. The gang bought those slippers from the market, which could be easily attached back by cutting them in the middle. These sponge slippers were cut from the middle with the help of a knife and its sole (bottom) was separated. Along with the mobile battery, mother board and other machinery, space was kept for the SIM.

After everything was fitted the top of the sandal was put back on. It was linked to strong chemicals. Then cleaning was done all around so that no one got suspicious. This mobile was connected via Bluetooth to an in-ear earphone.

Through this remote and slippers, the gang who copied the candidates had to be connected, who were going to answer all the questions one by one from the front. The complete answer would be reached through the mini earphones fitted in the ears of the candidates. A total of 25 remotes and pairs of slippers were produced.

Customers selected through the screening process
Mastermind Tulsiram and Madan did the work of making the remote device and slippers. Then started looking for customers. Along with them the entire staff of five-six people was also engaged in this work. The same staff was contacting people.

They would see whether the person in front is capable of copying or not. Whether he will be able to pay the price of those devices or not. The selection was made after meeting with different people. Candidates from Bikaner, Ajmer, Nagaur, Sikar and Jodhpur were also included in this.

Another device like mobile was also prepared for copying. The device was sold to only those who were able to imitate and could pay for it.
