While we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, nutritionists shared quick tips we can incorporate to never skip our breakfast. Describing the drawbacks of not having breakfast, she said that it leads to low stamina, brain fog and weight gain. He said, ‘Always stock boiled potatoes and sweet potatoes. Also, she recommends preparing the next meal with the first dish to save some time.
