Helpdesk to listen to farmers from today Noida News – Times of India

NOIDA: After launching a grievance redressal mechanism for residents of urban villages and apartment complexes, the Noida authority on Thursday announced that it would launch a Help Center Now we will solve the problem of farmers.
The authority said that a single window helpdesk would be set up in the authority and it would be operational from Friday. Officer on Special Duty (Land) has been made the nodal officer. The officers posted in the land division will have to give one hour every day to listen to the problems of the farmers coming to the authority.
The public hearing will be held daily between 10 am and 11 am on all working days. Officials said the issues would be settled within a stipulated time frame.
Farmers will give their complaints to the land department only and if needed, the cooperation of other departments will also be sought. “We often have to run from section to section with our problems. A single-window would be beneficial to take all our complaints,” said Nitin Yadav, a resident of Badauli Khadar.
