Clean and wash 10-12 spinach leaves and chop them finely. Put ghee or oil in a pan, add some cumin seeds and 1 chopped green chili. Add chopped spinach leaves and fry them till the water evaporates and the rawness of the leaves goes away. In a bowl of curd, add 1 tbsp sugar, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder and mix all the ingredients.
