The petitioner, through advocate Shashank Deo Sudhi, said, “However, the detained minister is enjoying the privileges and privileges of a cabinet minister in spite of being allegedly convicted under serious charges.”

The petition claimed that the factual scenario, in this case, is also contrary to the provision of law applicable to a public servant who is suspended immediately after his detention exceeding 48 hours as per Rule 10 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control). is believed. , and Appeal) Rules, 1965.
