Ingredients for Tandoori Paneer Roll:

Paneer (diced) – 1 cup

Onion – 1/4 cup

Tomato chopped – 1/4 cup

Chopped capsicum – 1/4 cup

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

Curd – 1 cup

Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Kashmiri red chili – 1 tsp

Tandoori masala – 2 tsp

Maida roti – 4-5

oil as needed

salt – as per taste

Method for making Tandoori Paneer Roll:

To make delicious Tandoori Paneer Rolls for breakfast, first cut the paneer into one inch pieces.

After this chop tomatoes, onions and capsicum.

Put the curd in a bowl and whisk it well.

After this add turmeric, red chilli powder and tandoori masala.

Now add paneer, tomato, onion and capsicum to the curd, mix well and keep it to marinate for 30 minutes.

After the timer goes off, heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

When the tawa is hot, pour some oil in it and spread it all around, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.

Cook in the pan along with the marinated paneer and other ingredients for 4 to 5 minutes.

When the cheese turns golden brown and the onions, tomatoes and capsicum soften, turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl to cool.

If you have a tandoor, you can also add paneer, tomato, capsicum and onion and roast everything in the tandoor.

Now make maida roti ahead of time and place the roti on a flat surface and fill one-fourth of the fried paneer mixture, rolling it from one side to the other.

After this, keep the roll in a separate plate.
