He claimed that there are no teachers in 63 schools in Haryana. “There are around 40 schools where there is only one teacher. In Karnal, the home district of the Chief Minister, 32 per cent posts of lecturers are lying vacant. In entire Haryana, about 50 percent of the headmaster’s posts are lying vacant.
