Haryana Budget 2022: ‘Positive Policies Will Uplift Gurugram’s Real Estate Market’. Gurgaon News – Times of India

Manohar Lal Khattar government Haryana Presented Rs 1.77 lakh crore for 2022-23 on Tuesday. Keeping women in mind, CM Khattar, who also holds the finance portfolio, announced Haryana Matrushakti Yojana, Samhayi Yojana and Sushma Swaraj Puraskar.
Housing and women empowerment has been the focus for the state. To strengthen the construction and housing in the state, an amount of Rs.383.11 crore has been allocated for Housing for All, which is 104.7% more than the previous year. Another decision to provide housing on government land to working women through the participation scheme will uplift the status quo of women in the state and encourage the contribution of women in growth and development.
The proposal towards infrastructure development by construction of 300 km of new roads and improvement of 6000 km of existing roads will be a direct factor in the emergence of development corridors. This allocation will allow for further expansion and development in Gurugram as well as in the state.
Keeping health care and medical emergencies as a key factor, the state government’s proposal to set up a heliport facility in Gurugram will increase connectivity and accessibility to medical facilities in the city.
The positive and vigorous policies of the government, coupled with continuous infrastructure development, will uplift the real estate market of Gurugram.
