Inciting and communal speeches were made against minority communities during the three-day “Dharma Sansad” or religious gathering held in Haridwar, Uttarakhand from December 17 to 19. Several Hindu religious leaders, who addressed the gathering, called on the community to take up arms. He called for ‘Hindu Rashtra’ against Muslims.
