Responding to the Chennai Super Kings all-rounder, PM Modi said that he had a great conversation with the couple on a wide range of subjects.

“It was very nice meeting Rivaba and you earlier today. Quoting Jadeja’s tweet, PM Modi wrote, “We had a wonderful conversation on many subjects.”

After a tough campaign in the IPL last season, Jadeja has rediscovered his peak form in the IPL 2023 season ever since he returned to full fitness after missing the big tournament last season with injury.

Jadeja has played a key role in CSK’s revival this season, he is the second highest wicket-taker for the MS Dhoni-led unit after Tushar Deshpande.

The 34-year-old has scored 133 runs with the bat in 12 innings, while he has also picked up 16 wickets in 13 innings.

Chennai Super Kings are currently placed second on the IPL 2023 points table, the four-time IPL champions still have one match remaining and have 15 points, though they can reach a maximum of 17 points.

Jadeja and CSK will return to action on May 20, which will be Dhoni’s team’s final league game in IPL 2023.
