Earlier yesterday, the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) arrested 15 accused from Vadodara with the question paper after the Panchayat Junior Clerk recruitment exam, which was scheduled to take place at 11 am, was postponed due to paper leak in Jamnagar.
