Gujarat Elections 2024 Live Updates: As the third phase of the voting for Lok Sabha Elections is set to be conducted on May 7, polling at 25 constituencies of the state will begin from 7 am and is expected to continue till 5 pm.

In the third phase of the Lok Sabha elections, voting will be held across 94 constituencies, covering 10 states and one Union Territory.

The constituencies that will vote in Gujarat are Kachchh, Banaskantha, Patan, Mahesana, Sabarkantha, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad East, Ahmedabad West, Surendranagar, Rajkot, Porbandar, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Anand, Kheda, Panchmahal, Dahod, Vadodara, Chhota Udaipur, Bharuch, Bardoli, Navsari and Valsad.

Among the 26 constituencies in the state, polling will be underway in 25 as the Surat seat witnessed the unopposed win of  BJP candidate Mukesh Dalal, after the nomination paper of Congress’ pick was rejected and the other candidates withdrew from race.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah will be casting their votes in Gandhinagar Lok Sabha constituency. As per reports, PM Modi is expected to arrive at 7:30 AM, while Shah will vote at around 9:00 AM.  Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor, VK Saxena is also expected to cast his vote.
