GST Council Reduces Tax on Liquid Jaggery, Pencil Sharpeners

New Delhi: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the GST Council on Saturday reduced the Goods and Services Tax on liquid jaggery, pencil sharpeners and some tracking devices. The meeting was attended by finance ministers of states and union territories (along with the legislature) and senior officials of the central government and states.
