LUDHIANA: Ludhiana police has arrested 4 individuals, together with a grocery vendor, with 325 kg poppy husk in separate circumstances. The accused have been recognized as Kamalpreet Singh (33) of Majara village of Sahnewal, Mandeep Singh (34) of Sahni village in Sahnewal, Surinder Singh (39) of Vijay Nagar in Industrial Space-A Ludhiana, and Gagandeep Lali (39) of Shankar village in Dehlon.
