As per the schedule, only eight to 10 home buyers in each project have been invited for meetings in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) on Friday released a schedule for the next round of meetings between real estate developers and home buyers to resolve disputes in group housing projects. GNIDA said the next round of talks will start from November 15 and will include 10 group housing projects.
As per the schedule, there will be a meeting on November 15 between Gaur Sons’ Gaur City 2’s 16 Avenue, then on November 18 between the Galaxy Vega stakeholders of Panchtatva Promoters. Angel Infraheight’s Casswood on 3rd December, Radhe Krishna Technobuild’s Case Green on 6th December, UP Township’s Gaur Atulyam on 9th December and Gaur City’s 5th Avenue on 10th December, the schedule showed.
“In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, only eight to 10 home buyers have been invited for meetings in each project. Similar meetings have taken place in the past on the initiative of GNIDA,” said Santosh Kumar, Officer on Special Duty (Builder Cell), GNIDA.
The last round of such talks involving six group housing projects was listed in October. Conflict between builders and home buyers in Greater Noida has been a key issue in the past few years amid delays in delivery of several housing projects, affecting thousands of investors.
