Telugu action hero Gopichand once again teamed up with veteran Jagapathi Babu and filmmaker Srivas in the family entertainer Ram Banam. On 5 May, the film premiered across screens worldwide. After its theatrical release, the film will be streamed on the OTT platform Sony Liv. As per some reports, the film is going to be available on this platform after 8 weeks of its theatrical release. The official streaming date and time of the film is yet to be announced. It was released on 840 screens worldwide. Ram Banam paid Rs. 16 crore in worldwide pre-release business.

The film revolves around two brothers who live in a shared house but have different journeys. Though they follow diverse beliefs, they share the same purpose. When there is a dispute, they settle it together. The film was packed with breathtaking action sequences and stylish dialogues. Macho star Gopichand delivers a fine performance as always. He has a stylish style in the songs and is aggressive during the action scenes.

A character suitable for Jagapathi Babu was created in this film. The comedy parts have been particularly successful. Emotional sequences, interval sequences, some funny exchanges and some songs are fun to watch.
