On Sunday night, CM Charanjit Channi saved the life of a cow that fell in the pit. He along with the people led the entire rescue operation. He stood there till the cow came out. In the end he also touched the feet of the cow. A few days before this, Punjab Congress chief Navjot Sidhu also took the person injured in the road accident to the hospital. When he was passing through the road, he came to know that no one is ready to take the injured to the hospital.

CM Charanjit Channi had gone to Chamkaur Sahib on Sunday night to attend some program. When he was returning home, he came to know that a cow had fallen in a pit on the way. They stopped their vehicles and started the work of saving the cow. By lighting a torch, CM Channi also kept telling the people engaged in the rescue and the security personnel how to tie the rope. After half an hour of effort, the cow was rescued safely.

Before leaving, CM Channi also took blessings by touching the feet of the cow.

The injured youth was alone, Sidhu sent in his convoy

Last Wednesday, Navjot Sidhu was going to Patiala. There was a car accident on the way. The driver was injured. No one was taking him to the hospital. When Sidhu passed by, he stopped the convoy. When they talked, it came to know that the injured youth was alone. He put the young man in the car of his convoy and immediately sent the young man to the hospital. Sidhu also objected to the fact that everyone is standing and watching.
