‘Goldilocks of the Hamptons’ keeps sneaking into plush mansion to sleep – Henry’s Club

A troubled homeless woman is caught breaking into several Hampton mansions to try to take a nap.

Peace Ofogo, 32, has been dubbed the ‘Goldilocks of the Hamptons’ over her antics in Westhampton, and has been arrested three times since late May.

One resident, Peter Neuswold, also photographed Toego as he tried to enter his home while his wife was inside. The police were called, and Togo was arrested and taken away shortly after.

Another, John Mallon, called Ofogo within his $35,000-a-month rental. He called the police and asked them to record the incident, but refused to level charges.

Ofoego is originally from Nigeria and claims to have fled an abusive marriage. She has also said that she is looking forward to getting back custody of her children.

The troubled woman has been caught breaking into seven properties in Rizzi town, but has been charged with only three incidents.

Westhampton resident Peter Neswold shared these images of Peace Ofogo as his wife tried to break into their home. Ofoego was later arrested

Ofoego was caught living in this $35,000-a-month home in Westhampton. Owner John Mallon asked police to record the incident, but refused to press charges.

Ofoego was first seen in Westhampton Beach over Memorial Day weekend, when a resident told police that a ‘black woman wearing a black trench coat and sandals’ was walking through the backyard construction site of her four-bedroom rental property . Just a mile away from the village railway station.

When police arrived on May 29, he reported that he had no identification or credit card because he had been robbed while in Washington DC.

She also said she traveled to New York City a few days ago to board a train route to Westhampton Beach, where she said she was looking for a hotel room near the ocean.

Police then helped Ofgo find a local homeless shelter, the Post reports, where she said she wanted to charge her computer ‘and transfer money to an account.’

But just a few days later, on June 2, she was again seen wandering the wealthy neighborhoods—and it wouldn’t be the last time.

Over the past few months, Piece Ofoego, 32 (pictured), has been found sleeping in the backyards, pool houses, and second-story bedrooms of the Westhampton homeowners.

He has been arrested for encroachment three times since the end of May, but he has entered a total of seven properties in the village.

Officials say Ofogo passed through an unlocked gate that leads to the $275,000-a-month eight-bedroom rental on exclusive Dune Road from the beach.

She then allegedly entered the home through an unlocked back deck, where she lay until police arrived – and charged him with criminal trespass.

A police report obtained by the Post said, “The subject said that she was staying in a house down the street and entered the said residence to ask someone about a restaurant to eat.”

Then two days later, on June 4, Ofoego was again seen ‘living’ at a property’s pool house, which rents for $35,000 per month.

When police arrived at the time and were attempting to find another homeless shelter for Ofogo, an officer wrote in their report, they warned her if she continued to roam the village houses. So he will be arrested again for trespassing. ,

‘He left the area on foot.’

Ofogo’s last encounter with Westhampton police took place on June 24 at a ‘quintessential beachfront property’, which has seven bedrooms and was listed in July and August for a rent of $280,000.

According to the police report, she shook the landlord and went to the bedroom on the second floor.

After this the police reached the spot and arrested him.

But while they were taking her paperwork to the police department, Togo is said to have told the police she had made a mistake and that she ‘went inside to see the fare.

‘You just want to arrest me,’ he reportedly accused them. ‘All I did was look for rentals.’

Ofoego now spends his days walking around the village and along the beach, residents reported on Facebook.

Some have said they saw him on back streets, on Main Street, in a gazebo where bands play during the summer months, and at a local marina.

Sometimes she is seen wearing the same black trench coat and black knit she was told about in May – despite the hot temperatures.

For example, Janet Feldman commented on the Westhampton Beach Area Community Forum that she saw Toego walking his dog on the beach and on Dune Road in the morning.

Feldman wrote, ‘She definitely looks mentally unwell.

Marie Costelli also commented: ‘A few weeks ago, he asked me for help with Lidl. He needed money to pay for his groceries.

“While I was giving her some cash, which she took, a man who may have been the store manager told her to leave,” Costelli said. ‘I’m sorry for her, I hope she gets the help she needs.’

Ofoego now says she intends to defend herself in court, turning down the court-ordered public protector during hearings on July 6 and 13.

At one of those hearings, wrote Liam Anthony DeFronzo, Offgo was arguing with the judge.

And a few days ago, the Post reports, when officers were trying to serve him with a summons to appear in court, he told them they were harassing him and threatened to prosecute him. .

DeFronzo said, ‘It seemed to me that he was angry with the system in life. ‘After all, it looks like she’s looking for a place to sleep, but of course you never know what she might do, and sneaking into houses isn’t acceptable.

‘Does she really want help finding some kind of shelter and is doing this as a cry for help? I don’t know, but I was forced to help him in the courtroom that day,” he said.

Ofoego is due back in court on July 27.

Ofoego now spends his days hanging out in the village and on the beach, residents reported on Facebook.

Residents on Facebook have reported seeing him roam the city

Ofoego now claims that she was on the run from her abusive husband and is trying to find a place where she can raise her children.

She told the Post that she was born in Nigeria but has lived in the United States for the past 13 years – immigrating to the country when she was 19 and settling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she studied medical science at Southern University began.

She also stated that her father is a journalist in Nigeria, and that she was educated in boarding schools before immigrating to the United States.

Ofgo was injured in Westhampton, she claims, after she ran away from her abusive husband in Florida. She then went to DC and then to New York City, where she claimed she was violently pushed down the stairs of the subway in May.

He then made his way to Westhampton, where he said he didn’t know the beaches were restricted to local residents.

She told the Post, ‘I just need some simple kindness from strangers. ‘But nobody cares about me.’

Ofoego also says that her parents in Nigeria know she is homeless but can do nothing about it.

She had previously told police that she had an aunt in Louisiana, and when they called Yugu Oninekuwu, she said that Togo was “looking for a place where she could gain custody of her children in what is currently California.” Is.” are in.’

It is unclear how many children Ofogo has, but a report by Florida Police on November 4, 2020, suggests that he was arrested for ‘failure to register a motor vehicle’. He was accompanied by ‘seven teenage passengers’ in the car at that time.

Police reported that she presented ‘a foreign passport’ as identification, and failed to appear on her production.

He was stopped again in 2017 by authorities in Lake County, Florida, for driving without a license—which he reportedly claimed never had.

Ofgo has been to several locations in Florida over the years, reports the Post, and works with her husband, Marquis Duvuel Hudson, for a company called Careful Cleaning Services in Boca Raton.

Court documents support her claim that her 40-year-old husband, Marquis Duvuel Hudson, was abusive. He was charged with ‘household battery to a pregnant woman’ in 2018 but the charges were dropped when Ofogo did not appear in court.

Court documents support his claim that he was abusive.

Hudson, now 40, was charged in 2017 with resisting arrest and assaulting an officer. Then he was sentenced to 11 months in prison.

After her exit, police records show that she allegedly hit Toego while she was pregnant.

He had called the police a day after Christmas in 2018 and said that they had a fight five days earlier over keeping cleaning items in a storage locker.

A police report claimed that Hudson was ‘accusing her of trying to leave the country, and the two got into an argument’ during which ‘the Marquis grabbed her and began to strangle her.’

Ofoego told police she was having trouble breathing and nearly died.

‘I calmly asked if the Marquis was capable of killing him or his children, [to] To which he said “yes,” wrote Officer Tobias Andrews.

‘The Marquis found out at the time of the battery that Shanti was pregnant.’

She was charged with ‘household battery to a pregnant woman’, but the case was dismissed when Ofogo failed to appear in court to testify against her.
