In 2022, Goa HSSC declared result on May 21, the overall pass percentage was 92.66 percent
Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) Goa Board will release the HSSC exam result today, May 6, 2023. Class 12 results will be declared at 4.30 pm. Candidates who have appeared for the Goa Board Class 12 exam can check the result through the official site of GBSHSE- gbshse.in.
The results will be announced by the Board in a press conference to be organized at Conference Hall, Ground Floor, Directorate of Education, Porvorim Goa. The consolidated result sheets will be available for schools to download from 8th May, 2023 at 9:00 AM. Candidates must be ready with their roll number and date of birth to download the result and mark sheet. Topper list will also be released along with the result.
To clear the Goa Board exams, candidates must score 33 percent marks in all subjects. It is to be noted that a student has to score 33 percentile in theory and practical exams separately to clear the Goa board exams.
In 2022, the Goa HSSC declared the result on May 21 and the exams were conducted from April 5 to April 23, 2022. The Goa HSSC Class 12 exams were conducted in 18 centers and 72 sub-centres across the state. A total of 18,201 students appeared for the Goa Class 12 HSSC exam, which included 8,925 male candidates and 9,276 female candidates. The overall pass percentage stood at 92.66 per cent. The streamwise pass percentage for Arts was 95.68 per cent, for Commerce it was 95.71 per cent, for Science it was 93.95 per cent and for vocational stream it was 79.04 per cent.
In 2021 the exam was canceled due to COVID-19 and marks were allotted to the candidates on the basis of internal assessment. The overall pass percentage stood at 99.40 per cent.
The HSSC exam was conducted by the board in two phases- Term 1 was conducted from 10th November to 25th November 2022 and Term 2 was conducted from 15th March to 31st March 2023. The Goa Board HSSC Term 1 Results were declared on 1st February. 2023.
