The body of an old man was recovered from a guest house in Gariahat. It is learned that the old man was lying naked on the bed. Liquor bottles were recovered from the dead body. Is the death normal or is there some other reason behind it, the police is investigating.
It has been learned that a dead body has been recovered from the three-storey house of Dover Lane Guest House in Goriahat in the afternoon. The name of the person is Pritish Kumar Gain. The man used to work for the Steel Authority of India. Pritish stayed in that guest house for a year. It is learned that Pritishbabu’s house is in Tamlu, East Midnapore. According to police sources, the guest house from where the body was recovered was locked from inside. That person did not send breakfast to his house that day. An employee of the guest house woke up in the middle of two bathrooms and saw the man lying naked on the bed. The employee then went to the bathroom and opened the door. Then the guest house staff saw him dead.
The guest house informed the police. The police came and took away the dead body. After this the body was sent for post-mortem. The exact cause of death will be known only after the post-mortem report.
