From the fake complainant to the police and the lawyer, there are allegations of involvement in such gangs. In the SC-ST case, the officers who sanctioned compensation also believe that financial assistance is being misused in many incidents.

Story-1. A few rupees for that, a waste of whole life for us
A woman from Gwalior says, “Till a few months ago, I was a lecturer in a well-known school. I have 2 children. Husband had business. A woman came in contact with her husband regarding the order of goods. The rapprochement increased and then the blackmailing game started. The first FIR was registered on 30 June 2021 at Nishatpura police station in Bhopal. If bail was granted in this, on October 10, 2021, the second FIR was lodged in MP Nagar police station. I kept pleading on the phone that Sir, the woman’s complaint is false, but the police did not listen. The police is also found with such people.
Later it came to know that earlier this same woman had lodged an FIR of rape against another person on 23rd September 2021. The same woman filed 3 rape cases in 5 months. While doing rounds of the court, it was also found that the same woman had got 3 such false FIRs done in 2014 as well. She was also released financial help from the department as a rape victim.
The husband sold the shop for Rs 27 lakh. There were two cars, that too was sold. It was called in my school and told that there is an FIR against her husband for rape. The job was also taken away. Now everything is ruined. Children studied in private schools. Now there is no money to pay the fees. Have not been going to school for a year. That woman has ruined her life.
Story-2. 5 FIR of a woman in Jabalpur, police and some lawyers accused of joining gang
In Jabalpur, the same woman has lodged an FIR of rape against 5 people. Victims say that the woman on the contrary asks us that where is it written in the law that a woman cannot be raped more than once. The father of a young man who has been accused in a rape case alleges – there is a whole gang of these people. This also includes the police and those who claim to be lawyers.
The woman made friends on Instagram before my son. Then started meeting. After that the pressure of marriage. Then the FIR of rape. When we inquired, we came to know that the same woman has already lodged 4 such FIRs.
Recommendation to stop compensation if the deal does not go through
In Neemuch, a woman from the Banchhra community complained of molestation. Then the police did not send his case for financial assistance. Sent after chargesheet. Now the police itself is saying that the woman is a habitual complainant. It should not be given financial aid. Now the administration has sought guidance whether two installments of FIR and challan should be given to the complainant woman or not. Sources say that this happened because the woman refused to give her share to the police.

The father of a youth facing rape charges in Jabalpur told that these girls make contact with boys from good homes. Then on the pretext of roaming around, she makes videos of him. Blackmailing videos. Then get an FIR of rape.
If the victim is a Dalit-Adivasi, then financial assistance is also available. Not only this, she also gets benefits in lieu of settlement before being hosted in court. Some middlemen are also active in this. They also get a part of the help received by the victims.
ADG Ajak Rajesh Gupta says that it is not correct to have complaints only for compensation. Why the victims become hostile in the court, it is not a matter of the police.
