VARANASI: The city skies were adorned with vibrant colors in fog on Wednesday morning as 11 hot air balloons quietly began to skyrocket from near the Hanuman temple in Domri area on the opposite bank of the river. GangesThe three-day hot air balloon fest kicks off.
