Hina revealed that her diet mainly consists of low carbs and high protein and as far as cheat meal is concerned, Sunday lunch is her avoidance.

Surbhi revealed that she eats bhakri, rice, vegetables, chicken and fish during her weight loss. In a conversation with TOI, the actor said that she used to stay away from junk food but whenever she went out she had ‘cheat’ days. Surbhi shared that the idea was to be physically active, eat in small proportions and then deprive myself completely.
