In a now-deleted Instagram story, Samantha shared a post revealing that she was searching “how hair grows out of people’s ears” on Google. The answer was due to “increased testosterone”. She shared a screenshot of her discovery with the hashtag, “#IYKYK (If You Know, You Know)”.
Social media users believed that it was a joke by Chitti Babu.
What did Chitti Babu say?
Chitti Babu had claimed that “her career as a heroine is over and she cannot return to stardom. She should continue her journey by taking up the offers she is getting”.
The producer also accused Samantha of trying to “gain sympathy”.
He added: “Emotion will not work every time. If the role and film are good then people will watch. These are all cheap and insane acts. I wonder how Samantha, who has lost her heroine status, is suitable for the role of Shakuntala. I am not interested in Shakuntalam.”
Samantha’s Myositis Treatment
As per reports, Chitti Babu’s ‘gain empathy’ comment is also a reference to the actress sharing her struggle with myositis after she was diagnosed with the disease.
