Several Bollywood celebrities wished their fans and followers on Baisakhi.
Baisakhi is being celebrated with great pomp and enthusiasm on 14th April, Friday. Also known as Vaisakhi, this festival marks the beginning of the new year and the harvest season. several Bollywood Celebrities on Friday extended Baisakhi wishes to their fans and followers. Nimrat Kaur posted a message video on her Instagram account wishing everyone on the occasion. The Airlift actress was seen in a yellow kurta, a color that has long been associated with Baisakhi. Nimrat can be heard saying, “May you all be surrounded by prosperity, harvest, joy and happiness. Wish you all a very Happy Baisakhi. Nimrat Kaur shared the video with captions written in Punjabi, English and Hindi. The caption read, “Wishing you all a very Happy Baisakhi… and a very Happy New Year. The bountiful harvest season reminds us all to be grateful for all the blessings in our lives. Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter to share a picture highlighting one of the most important teachings of Guru Nanak. The picture reads, “Start the year by adopting ‘Sab Tera’, one of the greatest teachings of Nanak. Happy Baisakhi.” He shared the picture with his signature tweet number and wished all his fans on the occasion.
Ajay Devgn, who is currently basking in the success of his latest directorial venture Bhola, shared an Instagram story with the words, “Baisakhi di lakh vadhaiyaan. Happy Baisakhi.”

For those who do not know, Baisakhi has both religious and cultural significance. Apart from signaling the beginning of the harvest season, it also marks the establishment of the Khalsa Panth.
