Very few people who eat it will know that it is a brand of Jaipur.
This is Burger Farm, which was started by two friends dropout from school in one room of the house. This burger made from pure Indian spices has become a brand today. Its annual turnover is in crores. The team of Rajasthani Taste reached the Burger Farm and went to know the journey of climbing up to the tongue of people of desi taste.
Idea came while eating burger
There is a very interesting story behind the beginning of Burger Farm. Paramvir Singh and Rajat, who dropped out of school, became friends in the year 2013 at a tuition center. As soon as the tuition was over, both used to go out together to eat burgers in the market. One day the idea came in the mind of both of them while eating burger. Why don’t we make burger our business. To fulfill this dream, both the foodie friends started researching the market. From Jaipur to Delhi, tasted the burgers of every biggest multinational brand. In the year 2014, he started the first outlet from the front room of his house located in C-Scheme.

Rajat says that he did many experiments to make the burger different from others and to stand out in the market. To make it healthy, prepared new types of burgers by adding vegetable and paneer mixed with spinach and corn. The first challenge was to find the X Factor of the burger.
The X factor of Burger Farms became Indian Spices, like garlic-ginger and the taste of local spices. When we were doing research, we realized that the burger patties of international food chains were very pale. Added Indian spices to our burger patty. At the same time, to sell the burger to healthy and diet conscious people, make multi grain buns and wheat.
Mom and Dad’s management came to work
Paramvir says that initially there was no staff. Then it was the parents who helped in the work by becoming staff. Rajat’s family also took turns helping out at the store. The crowd of customers was increasing due to the new and indigenous test. Many times when the vegetables were over, we used to run and go to get the goods.
At that time tension was also fun. There was a relaxed feeling after a long day’s work. Both Paramveer and Rajat’s family is not from the food industry. Paramjeet’s family has an automobile parts business. At the same time, Rajat’s family has a jewelery business.
Annual turnover of 25 crores
This burger farm, which started with two people, today has a staff of more than 200. Burger Farms has 12 outlets in Jaipur itself. Apart from this, there is one outlet each in Jodhpur, Kota and Sriganganagar. Soon the company is moving forward on the franchise system all over Rajasthan.
Rajat says that when the burger form opened, 500 orders were achieved on the very first day itself. Today more than 10 thousand burger orders are being received on the day. Paramvir says that his Indian exotic flavor is the USP of his brand. Starting with an investment of 7 to 8 lakhs, today’s turnover of Burger Farms is above 25 crores.
