He was 88 years old and breathed his last at KEM Hospital. He is survived by his former presidential wife, a son Rajendra Singh Shekhawat, who is a Congress leader, and a daughter Jyoti Rathore.
According to sources, Shekhawat had collapsed in the wee hours of February 12 outside the lawn of his house in Pune. He underwent a surgery for the same, but later developed several other complications including high blood pressure, kidney failure, etc., which led to his death. death.
According to the information available, Shekhawat’s last rites will be performed at Vaikunthdham crematorium at around 07:00 pm today.
