Fitbit’s new feature will tell users whether they should workout or recover

Fitbit has announced the rollout of a new ‘Daily Readiness Score’ feature through the Fitbit app for Premium members with compatible devices. The company notes that it is also bringing new tools, such as blood glucose tracking, to help Indian users with diabetes monitor vitals. On the other hand, the recently launched Fitbit Charge 5 is getting an on-device electrocardiogram (ECG) app. As always, Fitbit users should make sure they’re using the latest version of the app, and that the tracker or smartwatch is also updated to enjoy all the new features.

Starting with the Daily Readiness Score for Premium members, the feature analyzes key analyzes such as daily activity, heart rate variability, and recent sleep patterns to help users determine whether they should work the next day Or give priority to recovery.
