Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM) makers dropped the Hindi version of the film’s first song, Tu Hai, featuring Tovino Thomas and Krithi Shetty.
Following the success of Anweshippin Kandethum, Tovino Thomas is set to delight audiences once again with his upcoming film Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM). In the exciting new project, Tovino will be seen playing three unique characters. Ahead of its release, the team is leaving no stones unturned to promote the movie. Recently, makers dropped the Hindi version of the film’s first song, titled Tu Hai, showing a romantic connection between Tovino and co-star Krithi Shetty’s characters. The Hindi track, which is written by Vikram Edke and performed by Abhay Jodhpurkar and Anila Rajeev, has also been released in several other languages, including Kiliye in Malayalam, Chilake in Telugu, Kiliye in Tamil and Giniye in Kannada.
As per Bollywood Hungama reports, composed by Dhibu Ninan Thomas, it’s not just another ordinary track, as 30 person Chenda Melam team from Thrissur and a 40 person string orchestra from Budapest were gathered to help bring the song to life. In Telugu, Tamil and Kannada, the track is performed by Kapil Kapilan and Anila Rajeev. For the Malayalam version, the lyrics are penned by Manu Manjith, with vocals by KS Harisankar and Anila Rajeev.
In ARM, Tovino Thomas said he has been exploring new acting challenges by playing three characters from different time periods. He sees each role as a separate project, for which he has put a lot of effort to make each one unique. The Minnal Murali star added that he enjoys learning new skills, like “magic tricks,” to add extra depth in his performances, which according to him helps bring more authenticity to the character.
Speaking with The Hindu, Tovino explained, “We designed how these three characters walk, smile, talk, and even fight. I practised kalaripayattu for around six months for this movie. For the first character, it is veera (courage), second it is roudra (anger) and third it is karuna (sorrow).”
Directed by Jithin Laal, apart from Tovino Thomas and Krithi Shetty, ARM also stars Aishwarya Rajesh, Surabhi Lakshmi, Basil, Joseph, Rohini, Harish Uthaman, Nisthar Sait, Jagadish, Pramod Shetty, Aju Varghese and Sudheesh. The movie is scheduled to release on September 12.
Other than Ajayante Randam Moshanam, Tovino Thomas will also be seen in Minnal Murali 2, directed by Basil Joseph, alongwith Prithviraj Sukumaran and Mohanlal’s L2: Empuraan and Identity with Trisha Krishnan.
