Prominent Marathi actor and director Pravin Tarde has now expanded his acting repertoire to South cinema with his upcoming project, Aho Vikramaarka. He will enact the lead villain’s role named Asura in this film. He unveiled his first-look poster from the film Facebook. The poster shows Pravin dressed in a warrior’s costume and standing on the fort’s terrace, while looking at his surroundings. The backdrop of a cluster of houses adds to his majestic look in the poster. Pravin captioned the photo in Marathi, which when loosely translated means that Aho Vikramaarka will hit the big screens in 6 languages besides Marathi. In this way, the 49-year-old actor wrote that their film is going to cater to viewers in every Indian language. These languages include Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Bengali. Trikoti Peta has directed this film.

The first look and motion poster of Aho Vikramaarka was launched on March 8, 2024, in front of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s statue on Dange Chowk Road, Pune. The poster shows Dev with intense expressions and a bloodied sword in his hands. Amitabh Gupta Additional Director General (Prisons Maharashtra – Law and Order), Dr Jalinder Supekar Additional CPs Pune were present during the launch ceremony. Dev expressed his enthusiasm about the project, stating, “With ‘AHO! VIKRAMAARKA’, we aim to showcase the bravery and dedication of the Maharashtra Police in an engaging and impactful manner.”
