A minor fire broke out at the Shahjahan Road residence of Rajya Sabha MP Rakesh Sinha on Friday. He said that no one was injured in the incident.
According to the fire department, a call was received at around 8 pm and four fire tenders were pressed into service and the fire was brought under control. A senior official said three CATs ambulances were also sent to the spot, the cause of the fire being short circuit.
