Gurugram: A city court has directed the police to register by 1 pm on Monday FIR Opposite MGF Developers in a fraud case filed by another real estate major, M3M. Sunday’s order to the police was the court’s third order since December 30.

Thereafter, he sought three days’ time to register the FIR.
MGF’s counsel sought three days’ time to go through the previous order of the court. However, the counsel representing M3M submitted a copy of an email it had sent to the Commissioner of Police to attach an FIR with the previous court order. The judge said the email showed that the city police chief was fully aware of the court’s order, but even after that no FIR was registered.
The court, after hearing all the parties, gave time till 1 pm on Monday to the police to register an FIR or face action. The court said, “In case of non-compliance, contempt proceedings will be initiated by the court without any delay. The SHO concerned is directed to submit the copy of the FIR on or before January 3 at 1 pm,” the court said. ”
The petition that the court is hearing pertains to a land deal between two developers in 2016. As per the complaint filed by M3M, Emaar MGF- I had approached him with an offer to sell 31 acres. choma Village M3M in Gurugram had claimed to have paid Rs 88 crore for the land parcel in November 2016, but it was learned in December this year that the same plot was sold to another company.
