Nagpur: A farmer allegedly died by suicide in a village in Nagpur district. Maharashtra, police said on Monday.
Vishal Lakhan Bujwad Hanging from a tree with a nylon wire in his field Ghogra village Below Jalalkheda Police station area, he said.
The 26-year-old farmer had gone to the field on Sunday but did not return home. Police said as the farmer was not answering phone calls, his family members went to the field, where they found him hanging from a tree.
However, the reasons behind his extreme step are not yet known.
A case of accidental death was registered by Jalalkheda police.
