Hooda said that while the government talks about buying every single grain grown by farmers in advertisements, but looking at the ground situation, it seems to shy away from procurement. “Slowly the government is working on a plan to abolish MSP and it is clear that the government’s claims and assurances are only on paper,” he said.
The former Chief Minister said that the fertilizer crisis has deepened in the state for several days as farmers are roaming from door to door even for one kg of manure, while the government claims that there is no shortage in front of the media.
